Solar Rebate Program Aims To Promote Green Energy

Florida Power and Light has begun offering a rebate program for customers who own solar panels or solar water heaters.

Starting on October 16th, customers who install green technology will be able to apply for rebates on the equipment.

FPL is offering approximately $9 million in rebates on a first come first serve basis.

To apply for the rebate, visit www.FPL.com/solarrebates.
